Rising artist Natnikole cites Eminem and Mac Dre as her biggest influences. Her debut EP, PMF, is an homage to the legendary Big Meech and the Black Mafia Family, with the ‘P’ being a nod to her hometown of Portland. Check out the 3-track EP now!
Fabolous – Rich Hustle ft. Jim Jones
Within the last two weeks, Fabolous has been treating fans with some well-received loose drops. First up was his freestyle over Amerie’s “1 Thing” classic track and shortly afterwards he dropped off his “Say Less” music video with French Montana. Over the weekend, Fab circled back to unveil “Rich Hustle,” his brand new Jim Jones-assisted single accompanied by a visual that would make New Yorkers everywhere proud.
Zedd and Friends Take Over Red Rocks
Producer/DJ Zedd has become a Red Rocks mainstay in recent years, usually showing up at the famed venue at least once per year. This year he brought along friends Matoma, Audien, and Disco Lines for a well rounded lineup that had fans dancing all night. Zedd took over with an insane light display unlike anything we’ve seen, as he made his way through over a decade of his biggest tracks and fan favorites dating all the way back to his breakout 2012 hit “Clarity.” Denver photographer Tim McClanahan captured the evening, check out the photo recap below!
$40 million of marijuana goes up in smoke
Police said when they arrived at the former cattle station around 6am on August 5, they found several large greenhouses, measuring about 130 metres by 60 metres. Officers allegedly seized more than 15,000 cannabis plants and 50 kilograms of dried cannabis, as well as generators and hydroponic equipment.

If you’re into bass music and haven’t been living under a rock, chances are you know about Sub.Mission. The Denver based collective, founded by Nicole Cacciavillano in 2007 is responsible for concerts and events in the bass capital and around the country. Over they years, they’ve also established a full service booking agency with an impressive roster, and they’ve opened doors on a brick and mortar venue, The Black Box, which hosts hundreds of events each year. We’ve attended dozen of Sub.Mission’s music forward parties, and they’ve always stayed true to their mantra of “moving people through sound, not hype.” We chopped it up with the boss lady herself about the journey so far, and the future of Sub.Mission.
