Tyga – Girls Have Fun ft. Rich The Kid, G-Eazy

There’s a few things you can expect whenever Tyga is dropping a music video. For starters, you know right off the bat that there will be a lot of ass. It’s pretty much a given that Tyga will get like a hundred women to have a twerking challenge in the background of his video.

LOF BOSSGHETTO – 94 (Single)

Tacoma Washington based artist LOF BOSSGHETTO has been making waves in his region and around the country in 2019. He’s back with his latest single, “94,” an introspective look at the young artist’s past struggles, lost friends, family issues, and the daily trauma of the streets. The serious content of Boss’s lyrics is backed perfectly by a somber trap beat courtesy of DJ FLII (Track Kings) to make for a highly relatable song. Check out “94” available now on all streaming services, and look out for two new projects from LOF BOSSGHETTO: his forthcoming 2nd debut mixtape No Sleep Till Sunrise, and his joint EP with fellow up and coming artist Quicc Savo coming later this year.

Adam Ness – Have a Good Time (Ft. Jamila Woods)

Adam Ness and Jamila Woods create magic with single and visual “Have a Good Time.” With a gentle guitar riff and gorgeous rhode chords at its foundation, this track has a timeless feel, with simple lyrics, organic instrumentation and soulful melodies driving a natural performance from both artists. This might be the smoothest shit we’ve ever posted. Perfect vibes for rolling one up with someone special and kicking back. Check out the animated lyric video, and look out for Adam Ness on tour in your city with Chicago rapper Noname this month in support of his forthcoming album Sagittarius Vol. 1 set for release in March.

Preview: Lunice Takes Over The Black Box in Denver 2/28

Montreal based DJ/Producer Lunice is one of the music industries best kept secrets. While his accolades as a record producer, and member of duo TNGHT are more than extensive, he maintains a relative level of relative anonymity in the public eye as a solo act. His talent stretches from production and DJing, to dancing and performance art, and everything in between, and he’s earned the respect of many of the top names in music throughout his career. He’s finally getting more and more attention with his genre bending style that draws heavily from hip hop and trap roots. With intricate textures and some of the snappiest drums you’ve heard, Lunice has honed a razor sharp, and often dark sound that is both entrancing and unpredictable. This rising star is constantly in the studio, but he’s doing a limited run of a few North American dates that includes a headline appearance at Denver’s award-winning venue, The Black Box, on Feb 28th!

Photos: Anderson .Paak LIVE at The Fillmore in Denver

Bubblin’ from his recent Grammy win, Anderson .Paak tore the roof off a sold out Fillmore in Denver on Wednesday night. From silk screens to smoke blasts, the visual energy of Cheeky Andy’s Beach Club Tour matched the famously infectious Paak and the Free Nationals. The set list revolved around Oxnard, with a generous heap of hits from Venice and Malibu peppered in throughout. Paak was all over the place in the best way; whether he was crowd surfing, ripping the drum set to shreds, or dancing from one end of the stage to the other, he never missed a note or a step. The crowd adoringly matched his every word, “yes lawd!”s screamed regularly in exuberance. It felt like something of a victory lap for Paak, who after years of underground acclaim, is now indisputably a superstar.

Shouts out to opener Tayla Parx who should’ve gotten more love for her amazing set. Check out the photos below, captured by Blake Jackson.

Photos: J.I.D. at The Fox Theatre in Boulder

Dreamville Records new sensation J.I.D. has been making waves for a few years now ever since he linked up with fellow ATLiens Earthgang and subsequently J.Cole and his label. He’s been growing ever since, gaining more acclaim last year as a standout XXL Freshmen in an era where true lyricism is continually overlooked. Late last year J.I.D. released an excellent sophomore album Dicaprio 2, which solidified his status as one of this generations brightest talents. J.I.D. is on the road in support of the album, and we caught his sold out performance at the intimate Fox Theatre in Boulder, CO, one of the cities lucky enough to catch the tour. The young artist delivered a stellar set, commanding the attention of every person in the packed room as he performed a barrage of new material, as well as a few choice cuts from his debut, The Never Story. Check out the photo recap courtesy of Tylar Washington below.
