An animal-friendly alternative in Spain knocks a kid out cold

Bull running is a highly controversial practice in Spain, which is often denounced by animal rights and welfare campaigners. As an animal-friendly alternative, authorities in the town of Mataelpino, near Madrid, replaced the bull with a resin ball, decorated with the face of an angry bull. Unfortunately, rolling such a huge resin ball down a hill towards people isn’t a particularly safe activity either.

Mad Decent Block Party 2017 At Red Rocks (Photos)

Diplo’s Mad Decent Block Party is always a blast, and this year was no exception. We caught the Colorado stop of the tour at Red Rocks that featured Slumberjack, Valentino Khan, Cheat Codes, Alison Wonderland, Cashmere Cat, and of course, Major Lazer to close out the night. There was ups and downs, and we have our personal preferences (Alison Wonderland killed it) but overall Major Lazer reminded everyone whose show it really was, with a huge display of lights, LED screens, dancers, cannons, money throwing and other debauchery we’ve come to expect from Diplo and his crew.
