Detroit based artist C. Ninety presents his 2nd mixtape First Born, the follow up to his 2012 debut “S” on My Chest. This eight song project released on indie label New Hearbreak, features only one guest appearance, coming from LunnDunn McBridge on the lead single “Wet Cocaine.” The surprise mixtape was released to hold over fans in anticipation of Ninety’s upcoming EP Black Purple March, set for release March 28th.

AM Grim’s dark instrumentals provide a perfect backdrop for Voidguts’ uninque, slightly eerie vocals to create a soundscape that reminds us of an electronic version of Kanye’s My Beautiful, Dark, Twisted Fantasy minus the rappers. Fashawn teamed up with Alchemist on this dope collaboration project that sounds exactly how you hoped it would: Grimey ALC beats laced with Fashawn’s relaxed but pungent rhymes, complete with Evidence (of Dilated Peoples) as the project’s only feature.
