Salute the CBD scientists who didn’t watch Friends
Say thanks to the brains who taught us about cannabis sativa compounds!
While the rest of the world was watching sitcoms like Friends and the X-Files in the 1990s, brainy scientists were working all hours at laboratories discovering the endocannabinoid system, a very complicated network that lets cannabis sativa compounds like CBD change how your cells interact with one another.
So, next time you roll, salute the scientists who stayed up late at the lab rather jump in front of the TV. If it wasn’t for those people, it wouldn’t be so easy to create innovative CBD products, like rolling papers with CBD-infused, natural gum, which we’re going to hear more about in a second.
Like Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), CBD comes from the cannabis sativa plant. Before the era of advanced science, the two compounds couldn’t be isolated. It has only been recently with the arrival of new techniques that CBD products have been able to be produced.
In the last few years, brands all over the world have been creating CBD goods. Today, amongst other goods, there are CBD nasal sprays, workout drinks, pet food supplements, candies, lollipops, honeys, cereals, and chewing gum.
CBD rolling papers
The engineering required to produce CBD rolling papers was complex. Some big companies tried and failed to make rolling papers with CBD-infused gum. Just as the job was starting to look impossible, ROOR came along with a game-changing innovation.
Through a tireless research and development programme, ROOR discovered that under certain conditions the characteristics of CBD adapt, and it’s possible for the compound to be integrated into the rolling paper gum.
ROOR’s infusion of CBD in its natural, vegan, acacia gum puts the company at the frontier of the rolling paper market.
Three high-end rolling papers
Created in the 1990s, ROOR has a reputation for crafting elite glass pipes. Now the brand uses its technical expertise in the development of rolling papers.
The brand presents three high-end rolling booklets called UNBLEACHED, ORGANIC HEMP, andRICE.
ROOR’s rolling papers are special not just because of the inclusion of CBD-infused gum. They also stand out because of the build-quality of the paper itself. ROOR presents three high-end rolling papers. The goods are GMO free and contain no chalk, no dyes, no additives, no chlorine, and no bleaching agents.
ROOR’s RICE rolling papers are made from rice straw, a section of the rice plant that is often discarded after the harvest. The papers are made from rice plants grown in the beautiful Camargue region in Southern France. ROOR’s papers use authentic rice paper. They also contain hemp fibres for resistance and silkiness. They have world-first, CBD-infused, natural gum. The ultra-thin, slow burning papers are unbleached hence the light beige colour.
ROOR’s UNBLEACHED rolling papers are wood-fibre based, and, looking back to traditional styles of paper, they fit many customers’ requirements. The unbleached papers are also modern and ecologically aware. They are very soft, a little porous, ultra-thin and slow burning. The rolling papers retain the original light brown tree colour and are sourced from sustainably-managed forests. This means that they are made from trees which are grown in places with a self-replenishing ecosystem that is carefully maintained, so what what is taken out is put back in.
ROOR’s papers are made with 100 percent organic hemp from the Aube region in north-east France. Aube has rich soils and many forests. It is a perfect place to grow lush and abundant hemp crops!
Hemp comes from the cannabis sativa plant. Hemp also looks beautiful, and, thanks to being unbleached, ROOR’s ORGANIC HEMP papers are a sand-dune-inspired, natural beige colour. Hemp is one of the strongest and most durable materials on the planet. ROOR’s rolling paper is ultra-lightweight, sturdy, and resistant. It has a solid feel in the hand and doesn’t tear easily.
Are you ready to Experience The Highest?
