Rapper NOYZ has spent time around the country and globe growing up, and after honing his craft on the stage for years he’s finally presented his first studio release, Envy. The three track EP displays his precise lyrical ability as he invites listeners into his real life experiences.
Noyz’s honest perspective isn’t all flash and glamour like many other rappers. He confidenlty wear’s his heart on his sleeve and tells it how it is, as evidenced on the scorching opener entitled “Truth,” where he explores some skeletons in the closet. His highly personal content is relatable to anyone who’s faced hard times or lost people close to them. Although brief, the Envy EP manages to demonstrate Noyz’s versatility and serves as a strong introduction to the evolving young artist.
