DJ-Gatsby – I Made This Album On An Ipad While Staying At A Homeless Shelter In El Paso
DJ-Gatsby haphazardly pieced his first album together over a two week period in a desperate attempt to afford money for cigarettes and convince a social worker he was ‘looking for a job’. Originally a trained jazz musician, Gatsby developed a passion for improvised beats and erratic melodies through his associations with local beat makers and ‘free jazz’ musicians.
