Kaytranada and Channel Tres at Mission Ballroom

Following the evolution of Kaytranada over the last several years has been an incredible journey. His fusion of house music, hip hop, funk, and experimental beats have developed beautifully into a signature sound that’s unmistakeable. He dropped his new album Timeless earlier this year, and embarked on a massive tour in support. We were lucky to catch his performance at Mission Ballroom in Denver, along with openers Lou Phelps and Channel Tres.

Kaytra delivered an incredible set featuring music primarily from his new album along with some classics from throughout his career. As always, he brought plenty of charisma, and his unrivaled energy to adoring fans. Lou Phelps joined in to peform “Call U Up,” and for the final encore, he brought Chanel Tres back to the stage to perform their addictive collab, Drip Sweat. If you get the chance to catch the Timeless Tour in another city, definitely don’t miss it! Check out the photo recap courtesy of Sierra Jeter (Liberated Visions) below.
