The Lollapalooza event is a yearly music festival that showcases some of the best music ever created. It is a multi-genre event comprising heavy metal, alternative, punk rock, hip-hop and electronic. Besides the music, there are thousands of other attractions that bring people to Lollapalooza every year like comedy performers, arts & craft booths, dance competitions, artist’s showcases and much more. The event started in 1991 when the band Jane’s Addiction was on their last tour. The lead singer – Perry Farrell – created Lollapalooza as part of that tour and it has been held every year since.
