Wiz Khalifa is returning to Colorado with Esteemed Smoked-Out Roster for 420 on The Rocks

With 4/20 just about a week away, the excitement that surrounds the Front Range’s growing number of cannabis-related festivals, shows and events is becoming more and more palpable. But one show in particular has cannabis enthusiasts rolling their joints extra fat. On Saturday, April 22, Red Rocks will play host to some of weed culture’s most vocal members. Wiz Khalifa, Joey Bada$$, Action Bronson and Berner will be joined by Marlon Craft, Chevy Woods and Little Stranger for a show that will surely have an aroma wafting from Morrison to Aurora.

2018 Playboy Jazz Festival

Rapper A$AP Ferg will continue to strive in 2018. The 29-year-old emcee has announced the initial dates on his 2018 Mad Man tour, which sees him trekking across the U.S. and Canada this spring. 31 dates are scheduled along the tour leg between February and April. The Blackstar show at the Novo originally scheduled for October 1, 2017 has been postponed to October 30, 2017 due to illness of one of the members. All tickets that were purchased for the original date will be honored on the postponed date. Black Star, formed by MCs Mos Def and Talib Kweli, is affiliated with the group is DJ Hi-Tek, who formed producer/MC duo Reflection Eternal with Kweli for the album Train of Thought and produced a portion of Black Star’s debut album.

Jay Z’s 4:44 Tour

After watching his 13th album 4:44 go platinum, JAY-Z will bring his newly-crowned opus on the road as part of his 4:44 Tour. Slated to launch Oct. 27 in Anaheim, CA., JAY-Z will embark on a 31-city trek nationwide. Hov’s journey will find him in our favorite cities including Denver, Portland, and of course, his hometown, Brooklyn. Then, he’ll wrap things up right before the holidays with a Dec. 21 gig at The Forum in Los Angeles.
