Legendary Seattle Supersonics power forward Shawn Kemp is the latest, and he’s making history in the northwest as Seattle’s first Black Dispensary owner. Shawn Kemp’s Cannabis, is located at 3035 1st Ave. in the heart of Seattle, a stones through from the infamous Space Needle.
