Seven Trill is an independent MC out of Phoenix and quite the lyrical force to reckon with. Check out his track “Mota” off of his album “Christopher” which is sold everywhere music is bought or streamed. It also includes a strong verse from the homie Demrick. Skrillex’s frequent video director Jas Davis has just shared a next level new video… and recruited none other than Skrillex to soundtrack it. Jas is always pushing the limits with his visuals and this new upload “FRIENDLY FIRE” spanning nearly 2 minutes shows off his artistic visions and insane filming / editing skills. The trippy video is wild throughout, but so is the hip-hop styled beat Skrillex cooked up for it. Check out their other recent video collaboration below and enjoy!
Jhene Aiko has a dreamy voice that seems to hit just right on every track. For her endeavor is a surprise 22-track album titled ‘Trip’. The project brings features from Big Sean, Rae Sremmurd’s Swae Lee, Brandy Kurupt and more. This marks Aiko’s first solo project since 2014 when she made waves with Souled Out and is the natural progression for the talented artist.
G Herbo’s debut album has been in the making for years but it’s finally here. You can cop Humble Beast on iTunes, or stream it on Apple Music. He told XXL that he was “perfecting the project because it’s incredibly important to him”. He had a goal for Humble Beast to resemble JAY-Z’s Reasonable Doubt and Nas’ Illmatic, therefore it couldn’t be rushed.
Ludacris has been largely out of the spotlight for the past few years aside from popping up for a few performances or guest verses, but he’s finally back to releasing music with the new single “Vices.” The track is a little different than the energetic anthem we hoped a new Luda single might be, with a darker beat and serious content, but it’s worth a listen. Bonus points for the artwork that might be doper than the song itself.
Artist, Producer, and DashiusClay just dropped a single titled “Bad Math”. If your not familiar with Dashius’ work, he has credits with: Kendrick Lamar, BWA, Chief Keef, MMG. His music and image are both one of a kind and we recommend you give his song a listen.
Two songs into the pre-release timeline, we have longtime Wu-Tang DJ Mathematics and Method Man’s right-hand man Redman to thank for collapsing A Better Tomorrow’s big-tent ambitions and keeping things lower to the ground.

The Floozies have returned with a new song and video “Don’t Give Up On Me.” This one is dope, it’s a departure from what we’ve come to expect from The Floozies featuring more singing than usual, but it’s still nice and funky and has solid drop for the bass heads. We’re excited to see what else they have in store!
